Miller, 75, of Many, died Thursday, Dec. 25, at 1:30 p.m., after an extended illness. Officiating were the Rev. Frank Chance, and the Rev. S. D. Favor. Funeral services were held in the Antioch Baptist Church, Saturday, Dec. 27, at 2 p.m., with burial in the Antioch Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home in Many. Survivors include a son, Stafford Miller of Florien; five daughters, Mrs. Franklin Dew of Many, Mrs. Charles Bordelon of DeRidder, Mrs. W. E. Barron Jr. of Friendship, Mrs. Clifford Dukes of Keno, Ore., and Mrs. Lawrence Hopkins of Midland, Tex.; also a brother, Howard Blackwell of Many; four sisters, Mrs. Lee Salter of Many, Mrs. Hoy Anthony, and Mrs. Hamp Cook, both of Florien, and Mrs. Fred Leach of Shreveport; 12 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Robert Blackwell, Beth Brown, Robert Lee Anthony, M. E. Anthony, J. B. Salter, and Kenneth Dew.
