George W. Mooney

  Funeral services for George W. Mooney, age 76 years, who passed
away at the Curtis Clinic in Mansfield, Jan. 15, following a
lengthy illness, were held Thursday, Jan. 16, at the First
Baptist Church in Zwolle, with the pastor, the Rev. B. T.
Scrivner, officiating.

  Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Emma Mooney of Zwolle; two sons,
Vance of Zwolle, and Gerald Mooney of Bastrop; a daughter, Mrs.
P. M. Woods of Zwolle; and six grandchildren.

  Graveside rites were held by the Masonic Lodge No. 302,
conducted by Edwin M. Fraser, Worshipful Master.

  Pallbearers were members of the lodge, Cecil Tooke, M. L.
Sibley, W. F. Jeter Jr., A. J. Horton, Andrew McCormic, and M. F.
Cobbs.

  Interment was in the Zwolle Cemetery, under the direction of the
Drewett Funeral Home of Mansfield.
