Minnie H. Maines

  Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie H. Maines, 77, of Goldonna were at
2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 2 at the Southern Funeral Home Chapel in Winnfield.

  Mrs. Maines died in the Winnfield General Hosptial on Wednesday, Dec.
31,1980.

  Conducting the funeral services was the Rev. Kenneth Gibson.
Burial was in the Goldonna Cemetery.

  Mrs. Maines was a former Many resident.

  Survivors include her husband, Tom Maines, one son, Lavella Maines,
one grandson, Gary Maines, all of Goldonna; and one sister, Mrs. Frank
Eason of Many.

  Attending the funeral were Mrs. Maines' uncle, Walter Cole his son,
Sheriff Aubrey Cole of Jasper, Tex., Mack Cole of Kirbyville, Tex.;
and a host of relatives and friends from Homer, Shreveport, and Baton
Rouge. Pallbearers were Donnie Barnett, Red Latham, Gary Maines,
Larry Lowrey, Morris Leeper and Jason Bedgood.
