The Sabine Index - W. P. Maines

  20 Nov 1936 - W. P. Maines, age 44 years, a former citizen of
Sabine parish, but of late doing road contracting in Rye, Texas,
died suddenly at that city Thursday, November 12.

  Funeral services for the deceased were held last Friday at 4:30
p.m. at the residence of Mrs. W. M. Tramel, interment in the
Bethsadia cemetery.

  Surviving are the widow and three children:  Miss Nell Maines,
Mrs. W. L. Blackwell and Mrs. J. C. Smith, all of Rye, Texas.
