Alvin T. Mims

  Mr. Alvin T. Mims, 43, of Pleasant Hill, died Nov. 21, 1985, at
2:38 p.m., at Doctor's Hospital in Shreveport.

  Services were held Nov. 26, at 1 p.m., at the Antioch No. 2
Baptist Church in Pleasant Hill. Burial was in Antioch Church
Cemetery.

  Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth C. Mims, Pleasant Hill;
two sons, Alexis T. Mims, Detroit, Mich., and Terrance A. Mims of
Pleasant Hill; father and step mother, George and Marie Mims; one
brother, Albert V. Mims of Gardenia, Calif.; one sister, Georgia
Falson of Shreveport; one grandson; and many other relatives and
friends.
