Lehman Carroll Manasco, 64, of Fisher, died at Sabine Medical Center, on Feb. 8, 1989. Services were held at Emmanuel Gospel Pentecostal Church, on Saturday, Feb. 11, at 2 p.m., with Rev. J. S. Todd, Rev., Roland George, and Rev. Donnie Paul Lewing officiating. Burial was at Pine Knot Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. He was the pastor of Emmanuel Gospel Pentecostal Church of Fisher for 28 years, and a resident of Sabine Parish for 47 years. Survivors include his wife, Rita Mae Manasco of Fisher; mother, Gladys Ola Manasco of Many; one son, Jerry W. Manasco, Sr. of Belmont; two daughters, Glynda Faye Nash of Shelburn, Ind., and Denise Renae Hitt of Fisher; two sisters, Ruby Viola Manasco of Many, and Dota Mae Colston of Beaumont, Tex.; eight grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
