Ira Maines

  Funeral services for Ira Maines, 86, of Zwolle, were held
Monday, Oct. 21, in the Bayou Scie Methodist Church, with the
Rev. Willis Dear, and the Rev. J. C. Skinner officiating.

  Mr. Maines passed away in Zwolle, Sunday, Oct. 20, following an
extended illness.

  Survivors include three sons, J. C., and Grady Maines, both of
Beaumont, Texas, and Clayton Maines of Zwolle; two daughters,
Mrs. Gladys Byers, and Mrs. Juanita Campbell of Zwolle; one
sister, Mrs. Ethel Boekee of Shreveport; nine grandchildren; and
nine great grandchildren.

  Interment was in the Bayou Scie Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
