Leva Mains

  Funeral services for Leva Mains, age 57, who passed away Oct.
25, was conducted at Mt. Freedom Baptist Church at 2 p.m., Oct.
27, with Rev. Earl Marr, Rev. Kelly Fitzgerald, and Rev. Homer
Lawrence officiating. Interment was in Mt. Zion Cemetery, under
the direction of Warren Funeral Home.

  Survivors are two sons, Jack Mains of the U. S. Navy, Douglas
Mains of Odessa, Texas; father, Lee Mains of Many; five brothers,
Freeman Mains of Bossier City, Dawson, and Hubert Mains, both of
New Iberia, Elzie, and Roy Mains, both of Many; four sisters,
Verda Carroll of Lakewood, Calif., Evie Hillman of DeRidder, Mary
Lee Hagon of Lake Charles, and Selma Scaife of Many.
