Henry J. Mims

  Funeral services for Henry J. Mims, age 72, who died Nov. 16,
were conducted at Ft. Jesup Baptist Church at 11 a.m., Tuesday,
Nov. 18, with Rev. V. L. Pruitt, Rev. Willis Greer, and Rev. W.
H. Rose officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery, under
the direction of Warren Funeral Home.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. H. J. Mims of Many; two sons,
Martin H. Mims of Shreveport, and Malcolm E. Mims of Camp
Legeune, N. C.; one daughter, Mrs. Weldon M. Anthony of
Shreveport; brother, W. A. Parker of Hasam, Tex.; sister, Mrs.
Ola Zemp of Lake Jackson, Tex.; and two grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Joe Bill McCormick, B. H. Ashley, Joe Worsham,
C. B. Byrd, Joe Smith, and Gene Dees.

  Mr. Mims was a retired farmer.
