Mrs. Birdie Emma Mount

  Mrs. Birdie Emma Mount, 62, of Leesville, passed away, Saturday,
Nov., 13, at 1:30 p.m. Funeral services were held Monday, Nov.
15, at 2 p.m., in Hixson Chapel, Leesville. Rev. Aubrey Boswell,
and Rev. Carl Burris officiated, with interment in Forest Lawn
Cemetery in Leesville.

  Survivors include her husband, Mr. Ben Luther Mount of
Leesville; and five daughters, Mrs. Nettie E. Ross, Anacoco, Mrs.
Jeanette Coulter, Mrs. Emma Scutt, Miss Mary Mount, all of
Leesville, and Mrs. Donna Kay of Dallas; three sons, Ben Mount,
Jr., Clifford Mount, Leesville, and Arthur Trull, Houston; two
sisters, Mrs. Anna Mae Trull, Leesville, and Mrs. Eva Parr,
Houston; two brothers, Richard Welch, Houston, and Rivie Welch of
Leesville. She leaves nineteen grandchildren, and five great
grandchildren.
