Rena Howell Montgomery

  Funeral services for Rena Howell Montgomery, age 87, were held
at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, May 27, at the graveside.

  Burial was held at Hickory Grove Cemetery, under the direction
of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Montgomery died on Sunday, May 24, at Willis Knighton South
Medical Center in Shreveport, La.

  She is survived by three daughters, Verna Lee Nash of
Keithville, La., Vivian Kile of Longview, Tex., and Vera Moss of
Saginaw, Tex.; one son, V. G. Montgomery of Leesville, La.; four
sisters, Vivian Massey of Bellwood, La., Elsie Massey of
Provencal, La., Minnie Ola Brown of Buna, Tex., and Lillian
Montgomery of Natchitoches, La.; one brother, Dewey Howell of
Odessa, Tex.; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and a
host of nieces and nephews.
