All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** Johnny Moore Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m., Friday, April 20, for Johnny Moore, 53, of Shreveport, who died Thursday, April 19, from injuries sustained in a traffic accident in Shreveport, Monday, April 16. The services were in the Drewett Funeral Home Chapel in Mansfield, with the Rev. Garbis Burr, and the Rev. David Phelps, both of Mansfield officiating. Burial was in the Lee Cemetery near Mansfield. Mr. Moore died about 4:45 a.m., Thursday, April 19, in the Willis-Knighton Hospital, where he was taken after being injured in an accident at Hollywood and Monkhouse Drive in Shreveport, at 1:33 p.m., Monday, April 16. Mr. Moore was a native of Many, and had been a Shreveport resident about 15 years. He was a welder. Survivors include his widow; one son, James G. Moore of Mansfield; one daughter, Edith C. Bouillon of Tyler, Tex.; three brothers, Joe Moore of Shreveport, Jessie Moore of Zwolle, and Louis Moore of Kilgore; and two grandchildren.
