Mrs. Ella Moore

  Mrs. Ella Bates Moore, 76, died Monday.

  The funeral was at 2 p.m., Wednesday, in the Blanchard-St. Denis
Funeral Home chapel in Natchitoches, with the Rev. Voight
Bradford, and the Rev. Tom Jones officiating. Burial was in the
Memory Lawn Cemetery in Natchitoches.

  Survivors are two sons, John Moore of Pleasant Hill, and Wendell
Moore of Baton Rouge; three daughters, Mrs. Clio Syers of
Ypsilanti, Mich., Mrs. Gladys Schrump of Muskegon, Mich., and
Mrs. Eurcle Cullphur of Jackson, Miss.; five sisters, Mrs. Annie
Mims of Natchitoches, Mrs. Oscar McCary of Shreveport, Mrs. Ethel
Whitley, and Mrs. Eurcle Barnes, both of Provencal, and Mrs. Edna
Mae Page of Flora; two brothers, Eddie Bates of Baton Rouge, and
Martel Bates of Provencal, and 12 grandchildren.
