Ellis Monroe Moore

  Ellis Monroe Moore, 64, of Marrero, died in Tullos, on Saturday,
July 30, following a short illness.

  Survivors include his daughter, Mrs. Martha Moore Burton of
Marrero; two brothers, W. E. Moore of Marthaville, and Don Moore
of Tucson, Ariz.; and six sisters, Mrs. May Wyatt, Mrs. Ethel
Wyatt, and Mrs. Vera McGee, all of Belmont; Mrs. Ruth Singletary
of Natchitoches, Mrs. Clarice Rains of Bossier City, and Mrs.
Daisy Hillard of Morenci, Ariz.

  Funeral services were held at the Marthaville Methodist Church
on Wednesday, Aug. 3, at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Robert F. Honaker
officiating. Burial was in the Rocky Mount Cemetery, under the
direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were Doyle Henry, Sonny Miller, Don Wyatt, Keith
Moore, Claude Remedies, and Andy Jenkins.
