Sam Moore

  Funeral services for Mr. Sam Moore were held Sunday, Dec. 26,
1982, at 2 p.m., at Noble Baptist Church. Burial was held at
Cassell Cemetery. Rev. Charles Dunston, and Rev. Jerry Schmucker
officiated at these services. Local arrangements were under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Masonic rites were
performed at the services. Serving as pallbearers were Mr.
Moore's grandsons.

  Mr. Moore died Dec. 23, at 10:15 p.m., in Many, after a short
illness. He was 75.

  Surviving relatives include his wife, Millie Moore, Noble; a
son, Sylvester Moore, Groves, Tex.; two daughters, Margie Rike,
Sulphur, Dollie Knippers, Many; three sisters, June Lynch, Noble,
Artie Mae Self, Pleasant Hill, Odell Webb, Bossier City; seven
grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
