Mrs. Mittie Moore

  Funeral services for Mrs. Mittie Moore, 84, were held at 2 p.m.,
April 19, 1995, at the Noble Baptist Church in Noble.

  The Rev. Charles Duncan, and the Rev. Glen Howard officiated.
Interment was in Cassel Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Mrs. Moore passed away April 17, at Sabine Medical Center in
Many.

  Mrs. Moore was born February 19, 1911, in Noble, to Martha
Elliott and Jim Latham.

  Survivors include two daughters, Margie Moore Rike of Sulphur,
and Dollie Knippers of Many; one son, Sylvester Moore of Groves,
Texas; one sister, Winnie Webb of Noble; one brother, James B.
Latham of Zwolle; one stepbrother, Herbert Ebarb of Shreveport;
seven grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; four great-great
grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

  Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by a daughter, Shirley Marie
Moore; and husband Sam Moore.
