The Sabine Index - William A. Murphey

  21 Sep 1956 - Funeral services for William A. Murphey, 94,
who died at Shreveport Saturday, Sept. 15, was conducted at
Beulah Baptist church at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 16 with Rev. Coda
Salter officiating. Interment was in Beulah cemetery under the
direction of Warren Funeral Home.

  Survivors are sons, Cleve of Negreet, Willie and Eugene of
Shreveport; daughters, Mrs. Dan Miller of Many, Mrs. R. M.
Pilcher of Shreveport, Mrs. Ella Waller of Milam, Texas, 24
grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren.
