Martha Murphy

  Funeral services for Martha Murphy, 69, were held at 10 a.m.,
Tuesday, July 10, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Zwolle.
Interment followed in Old Spanish Cemetery in Zwolle, under the
direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home. Rev. Joe Martina, pastor of
St. John Berchman's Cathedral officiated.

  Mrs. Murphy had been born in Zwolle, and was a resident of
Shreveport. She was a housewife, and a member of St. Joseph's
Catholic Church in Zwolle.

  She died July 7, in Shreveport.

  Survivors include her daughter, Margaret Sims of Shreveport;
son, Robert Ray Rivers of Zwolle; three sisters, Lea Young, and
Velma Martin, both of Shreveport, Syble Childs of Zwolle; three
brothers, Earnest Castie of Shreveport, Joe Castie of Kansas
City, Missouri, and Mack Castie of Lubbock, Texas; ten
grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and
nephews.

  Pallbearers were Joey Presley, Roy R. Brammer Jr., Dino Brammer,
Roy Brammer Sr., James Manshack, and Luther Sanchez.
