Willie M. Murphy

  Services for Willie M. Murphy, 78, of Shreveport, were held
Tuesday, at 10 a.m., in Wellman's Funeral Home Chapel, with the
Rev. Bob Moore, pastor of Faith Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial was July 27, in Sykes Cemetery in Sarepta.

  A Many native, Mr. Murphy died Saturday in Midway Manor Nursing
Home, after a long illness. He was a Shreveport resident for 25
years, a carpenter, and a Baptist.

  Survivors include his brother, Cleve Murphy of Many.
