Mrs. Vennie Inez Dry Morris

  Services for Mrs. Vennie Inez Dry Morris, 80, was held at 10
a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 12, in Drewett Memorial Chapel, with the Rev.
Billy Burkett, and the Rev. Clarence Chism officiating. Burial
was in Magnolia Cemetery.

  Mrs. Morris died Sunday, Aug. 10, 1986, in Willis Knighton
Medical Center in Shreveport, following a lengthy illness.

  Survivors include one daughter, Sheila Faith Ford of Houston,
Tex.; two sons, Paul Morris of Many, and David Morris of
Blacksburg, Va.; two brothers, Neal Dry of Baton Rouge, and Cliff
Dry of Rayville; one sister, Opal Christian of Tullalah; and six
grandchildren.
