  Memorial services for Patti Marks, 41, of Lafayette, were held
August 4, 1995, at Melancon Funeral Home in Carencro, La.

  Patti Marks was born September 1, 1953, in Sabine Parish.

  She was a native of Zwolle. Mrs. Marks was employed by Acadiana
Dodge, and had lived in Lafayette for 24 years.

  Patti Marks died suddenly after gallbladder surgery in a New
Orleans hospital, August 2, 1995, at 6:20 a.m.

  Survivors are two sons, Timothy Logan, and Rodney Larue, both of
Lafayette; her mother, Laverne Ezernack; and two sisters,
Virginia E. Ebarb, and Wilma J. Champion, all of Zwolle; two
brothers, Randy Ezernack of Zwolle, and Greg Ezernack of Vero
Beach, Fla.; brother-in-law, Gilbert Ebarb; two nieces, Kaye and
Becky Ebarb; and one nephew, Adam Ezernack, all of Zwolle; and
many friends in Lafayette and Zwolle.

  She was preceded in death by her father, Cedric C. Ezernack.

  She will be remembered by her beautiful paintings, which she
painted with ease and much talent. She will be remembered by her
warmth, her smile, and her friendly personality.
