Mrs. Lottie Myers

  Mrs. Lottie Myers, 47, of Many, died Tuesday, June 19, at Willis
Knighton North in Shreveport.

  Funeral services were held Saturday, June 28, at Bethel Baptist
Church, with interment following at New Jerusalem Cemetery. The
Rev. C. L. Raney officiated.

  She leaves to cherish her memory, two children, Lashun, and
Waylon Thomas of Many; five sisters, Mandy Flowers of Vallejo,
Calif., Bobbie T. Henderson of Shreveport, Ruth Williams, and
Ophelia Wyatts, both of Los Angeles, Calif., and Rosemary Palmer
of Many; three God-sisters, Carrie A. Odums, and Thelma Green,
both of Mansfield, and Lilly Owens of Flagstaff, Ariz.; five
brothers, Managan Thomas Jr. of Los Angeles, Calif., Curtis
Thomas of Many, Charles Thomas of Houston, Texas, Earnest Thomas
of Tempe, Ariz., Craven Robinson Jr. of Los Angeles, Calif.; and
a very special friend, U. Z. Joseph of Many; and a host of
nieces, nephews, and friends.
