Marshall were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 26, at the Beauregard-Vernon Chapel in Leesville, with the Reverends Aubrey Boswell, and Durhl Ray Davis officiating. Burial was held in Leesville Cemetery in Leesville, under the direction of Beauregard-Vernon Funeral Home in Leesville. Mrs. Marshall, 71, of Leesville died in Shreveport, Monday morning, May 24, 1993. Mrs. Marshall was a native of Hornbeck. She was a retired telephone operator for South Central Bell, and a member of the Telephone Pioneers. She was a member of East Leesville Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, Doug Marshall Jr., and Billy D. Marshall, both of Leesville; two daughters, Helen Turner of Shreveport, and Hazel Ross of Leesville; seven grandchildren, Angela Craft, Billy Jack Marshall, Alisa Bolton, Tamara Welch, Douglas J. Marshall, Earl Mac Marshall Jr., and Christ Marshall; three great grandchildren, Jessica Craft, Tiffany Craft, and Bryan Marshall. She is preceded in death by her husband, Doug Marshall Sr.; and son, Earl Mac Marshall Sr.
