Joseph B. Martin

  Funeral services for Joseph B. Martin, 82, were held at 10 a.m.,
Friday, at Cold Springs Baptist Church, with the Rev. Floyd Haymon,
and the Rev. Bud McCullough officiating.

  Burial was in the church cemetery, under the direction of Hixson
Funeral Home of Leesville.

  He died Nov. 8, in a Many hospital.

  Survivors are two sons, J. B. Martin Jr. of Leesville, and J. L.
Martin of New Mexico; five daughters, Mrs. Edna Strickland, Mrs.
Annie Miller, Mrs. Marie Martin, and Mrs. Mabel Stricland of
Anacoco, and Mrs. Yvonne Nelms of Hornbeck; three sisters, Mrs.
Velva Corley, and Mrs. Dollie Williams of Anacoco, and Mrs. Virda
Martin of Hutton; 20 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
