Mrs. Martha Martinez

  Mrs. Martha L. Martinez, 85, of Zwolle, died in Converse on
Monday, March 25, at 6:25 p.m., following an extended illness.

  Mrs. Martinez is survived by three sons, Frank B. Martinez, and
Luther Martinez, both of Zwolle, and Marvin Martinez of DeRidder;
a stepson, Wesley Martinez of Zwolle; three daughters, Mrs.
Blanch Taylor of Zwolle, Mrs. Clara Wilkins and Mrs. Frances
Adcock, both of Shreveport; a sister, Mrs. J. C. Henson of
Houston; a half sister, Mrs. Ludry Martinez of Zwolle; a half
brother, Simon Leone of Bossier City; 35 grandchildren, and
numerous great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held at the St. Joseph Catholic Church on
Wednesday, March 27, at 10 a.m., with the Msgr. Robert C. Friend
officiating.

  Burial was in the St. Joseph Cemetery, under the direction of
the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
