Victoria Martinez

  Cora Victoria Martinez, 79, of Zwolle, died in a Many Hospital,
April 13, at 5 a.m., after an extended illness.

  Services were held at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Thursday,
April 14, at 2 p.m., with Father George Martinez, and Father
Patrick A. Scully officiating. Interment was in the St. Joseph
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Surviving relatives include her husband, Hosea Martinez of
Zwolle; one son, Steve Martinez of Shreveport; three daughters,
Cathrine Dangio, and Eva Martinez of Zwolle, and Martha Foshee of
Natchitoches; 7 brothers, Lee Garcie, and Tom Garcie of Zwolle,
Earl Garcie, Henry Garcie, and M. T. Garcie, all of Shreveport,
Wilfred Garcie of Homer, and Huber Garcie of California; three
sisters, Annie Bebee, and Elsie Sepulvado of Zwolle, and Mary M.
Ebarb of Noble; 9 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Homer Martinez, Wayne Martinez, Roger Lopez,
Melvin Garcie, David Garcie, and Edward Ebarb.
