Hosea H. Martinez

  Funeral services for Mr. Hosea H. Martinez, age 87, were held
Monday, March 21, 1983, at 10 a.m., at St. Joseph Catholic Church
in Zwolle. Burial followed at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, with
Msgr. Scanlon officiating. a rosary was said at 7:30 p.m.,
Monday, March 20. Services were under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  Acting as pallbearers were Steven Erick Martinez, James Vincent
Martinez, Gary Wayne Self, Bart Fredrick Wethey, Alban Sepulvado,
and Winston Downs.

  Mr. Martinez is survived by three daughters, Catherine Dangio,
Zwolle, Eva Martinez, Zwolle, Martha Foshee, Natchitoches; one
son, Steve Martinez, Shreveport; 10 grandchildren; 15 great
grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Mr. Martinez was
preceded in death by his wife. Victoria Martinez expired March
18, at 6:15 p.m., at Fraser Hospital South in Many.
