Ludry J. Martinez

  Mr. Ludry J. Martinez of Zwolle died Saturday, May 13, 1995, at
Sabine Medical Center in Many. He was 91.

  Funeral services were held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church on
Monday, May 15, with Father Danny Walsh officiating. Burial
followed in the church cemetery, under the direction of the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Surviving relatives include his son, J. D. Martinez of Austin,
Tex.; two daughters, Dorothy Lopez, and Merrlia Procell, both of
Zwolle; three brothers, Gilbert Martinez, Wilson Martinez, and
Homer Martinez, all of Zwolle; 21 grandchildren; 35 great
grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and a host of
nieces and nephews.

  Mr. Martinez was preceded in death by his wife, Lucy; a
granddaughter, Janice Procell Wolf; and a great granddaughter,
Tammy Louise Martinez.

  Born in Zwolle on Oct. 11, 1903, he was the son of Gilbert and
Gertrude Sepulvado Martinez.
