She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Paul Marlowe of Many; two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth Deal of Lafayette, and Mrs. Montie Parks of Granite City, Illinois; two sisters, Mrs. Kay Berry of Many, and Mrs. Howard Smith of Potoai, Missouri; two brothers, Ira Mercer, and Sherman Mercer, both of Tulsa, Oklahoma; 5 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 4, at 4 p.m., in the Osborn Funeral Chapel of Shreveport, with the Rev. Jimmy Tharpe officiating. Interment was in the Forrest Park Cemetery. Pallbearers were Harold Bagley, Sheridan Dutchik, Jimmy Davis, Bill Rosenblum, John Paul III, Richard Denny, Dr. Ray Boyer, and Marvin Mercer.
