Mrs. Orell W. Maroney

  Funeral services for Mrs. Orell Wilson Maroney, 84, were held at
2:30 p.m., in Bethel Methodist Church at Pleasant Hill.

  Mrs. Maroney died, May 11, after a long illness. She had been a
resident of Shreveport for the past eight years. She was a native
of Sabine Parish.

  Burial was in the Old Pleasant Hill Cemetery, under the
direction of Wellman's Funeral Home. She was a member of the
Methodist Church.

  Survivors include two sons, Waylon D. Maroney, Pleasant Hill,
and James L. Maroney, Shreveport; a daughter, Mrs. Edna Wise,
Shreveport; three brothers, William M. Wilson, and Dudley D.
Wilson, both of Pleasant Hill, and R. J. Wilson, North Little
Rock, Ark.; two sisters, Mrs. C. E. Rowe, and Mrs. C. E. Friday,
both of Pleasant Hill; 12 grandchildren; and four great
grandchildren.
