Evelyn Elinor Nye

  Funeral services for Evelyn Elinor Nye, 56, were held at 2 p.m.,
Monday, November 7, at Pisgah Baptist Church in Toro Community.

  Rev. Leroy James, and Rev. Paul Wankel officiated. Interment was
at Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Nye passed away in Highland Hospital in Shreveport, on
November 5, 1994, at 12:45 a.m.

  Survivors are widower, Jim Nye of Toro Community, La.; parents,
Fred and Elsie Dew of Toro Community; two sisters, Marilyn
Browning of Natchitoches, and Linda Ferkovich of Toro Community;
one brother, Benny Dew of Toro Community; several nieces and
nephews.
