Nabours Funeral services for William Paul "Willie" Nabours, were held at 2 p.m., Friday, March 21, at First Baptist Church of Zwolle. The Rev. Lee Dickson, pastor, officiated. Burial with Masonic graveside rites was at Zwolle Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home, Many. Nabours, 89, Zwolle resident, was the father of Mrs. David Mitchell, and Mrs. Elva N. Pecar, both of Shreveport. He died at 1:30 a.m., Thursday, at Louisiana Nursing Home, after a long illness. Other survivors include his widow; two sons, J. W. Nabours of Sulphur, and W. P. Nabours Jr. of Lake Charles; 12 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Dr. Paul Keith Nabours, James E. Nabours, Kenneth Wayne Nabours, William Carl Nabours, John Austin Nabours, and Thomas Martinez. Memorial contributions may be made to Shrine Hospital for Crippled Children.
