Mrs. Elizabeth Nash

  Mrs. Elizabeth Dixon Nash, 88, of Port Neches, Tex., died at
7:30 a.m., Thursday, March 28, in Green Acres Nursing Home in
Bridge City, Tex.

  She is survived by two sons, Sam H. Dixon of Groves, and Homer
B. Dixon of Port Neches; two daughters, Mrs. Lea Brooks of
Anacoco, and Mrs. Virginia Stracener of DeRidder; two
half-brothers, W. B. Miller of Hornbeck, and Leo Miller of Many;
two sisters, Mrs. G. C. Lee of Florien, and Mrs. Audie Anthony of
California, 26 grandchildren, and 64 great grandchildren; eight
great-great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 30, in
Holly Grove Methodist Church, with the Rev. Abe Conerly
officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery, under direction
of Hixson Funeral Home, Leesville.
