The Sabine Index - Doss E. Nash

  13 Feb 1959 - Funeral services for Doss E. Nash, age 69, who
passed away at a Leesville clinic, Feb. 6, after an extended
illness were conducted at Alford Heights Baptist church at 1 p.m.
Feb. 7, with Rev. Leslie Creel officiating. Interment was in
Shady Grove cemetery under the direction of Warren Funeral home.

  Surviving relatives are his widow; sons, Leslie of Keithville,
Olcie of Belmont; brothers, Eli of Pleasant Hill, J. A. of
Provencal, Jim of DeRidder, Charlie of Anacoco; sister, Mrs. Irma
Frieda of DeRidder; eight grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Dewey Montgomery, Rufus Hayes, Dewey Moss,
Maynard Polk, Sam Hyatt and Junior Self.
