The Sabine Index - Maggie Nichols 
  
  26 Jun 1959 - Funeral services for Mrs. Maggie Nichols, age 86, 
who die June 22, were conducted at Spring Ridge Baptist church at 
3 p.m. June 23 with Rev. W. P. Prothro and Rev. L. E. Lattimore 
officiating. Interment was in church cemetery under the direction 
of Waren Funeral home. 
  
  Survivors are husband, M. M. Nichols, Pleasant Hill; sons, Henry 
Sowell of Overton, Texas; N. L. Nichols of Shreveport; brothers, 
B. B. Box, Sr., Coushatta, O. E. Box, Overton, Fran Box, Cotton 
Valley, Cleveland Box of Oak Grove; sisters, Mrs. Estella 
Phillips, Pleasant Hill, Mrs. Janie Osborn, Marthaville, Mrs. Eva 
P hares, Robeline, Mrs. Ida Davis, Alexandria, Mrs. W. M. Hale, 
Lake Charles, four grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
