Mrs. Anna Elizabeth Nichols

  Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Elizabeth Nichols, age 86, of
Many, were held Aug. 26, in the Chapel of Latter Day Saints, with
Bishop Fred Wagley in charge of the service. Interment was in the
Mount Carmel Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.

  Surviving relatives include Kenneth C. Nichols, and S. Woodrow
Nichols, both of Many, and Elston H. Nichols of Wayne, Michigan.
All three were sons. One daughter, Mrs. Roy Byles of Many; and a
sister, Mrs. Humbert Hildebrand of Shreveport; also nine
grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren are survivors.

  Mrs. Nichols died of an extended illness, while staying at
Heritage Manor. Her death came at 10:30 a.m., Aug. 25.

  Pallbearers were Hoyt Hughes, Buddy Dees, Duke Beasley, Joe
Luster, Charles Wagley, and Jack Jordan, all of Many.
