Max C. Nichols

  Max C. Nichols, 85, of Many, died Feb. 10, 2002, at Sabine
Medical Center.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Feb. 11, at Oak Hill
Baptist Church, with interment following at Oak Hill Cemetery.
The Rev. Elcie Walker, and the Rev. Marshall Ingle officiated.

  Survivors include his widow, Violet Nichols of Many; two
daughters, Faye N. Cupples and husband Harvey R., and Maxine E.
Lidbetter and husband Michael, all of Many; five grandchildren;
seven great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and
friends.
