Willard Samuel Nichols

  Funeral services for Willard Samuel Nichols, age 49, who died
Sept. 5, were conducted at Oak Grove Fellowship Baptist Church at
3 p.m., Sept. 6, with Rev. Versie Miller officiating.

  Interment was in the Oak Grove Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were Elroe Patrick, Arlon Skinner, Earl Jones, Aaron
Stiles, Martin Wallace, and Grover Copeland.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Bernice Nichols of Converse; three
sons, Odis of Lake Charles, Carl, and Loye of Converse; two
daughters, Kay, and Sue Nichols of Converse; stepmother, Mrs.
Lillie Nichols; brother, Max Nichols; sisters, Mrs. Louise
Lafitte of Houston, Mrs. Marie Hollingworth of Converse; and two
grandchildren.
