Robert J. "Butch" Nett

  A resident of Many, Robert J. "Butch" Nett, 30, died in
Shreveport, Thursday, Oct. 2, at 10:20 a.m., after a short
illness.

  Surviving relatives included his wife, Nelda Browning Nett of
Many; one son, Deith Nett of Many; two daughters, Debra Lynn, and
Renay Nett, both of Many; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Otis Nett,
also of Many; a brother, Phil Nett of Houston, Tex.; and four
sisters, Mrs. Leona Ross, Mrs. Margaret Adams, and Mrs. Dolores
LaCaze, all of Shreveport, and Mrs. Dorothy Benoit of Merryville.
Maternal grandmother is Mrs. George Moore of Many.

  Rosary was at 8 p.m., Friday, Oct. 3, at Warren Meadows Chapel.
Services were at St. John Catholic Church, Saturday, Oct. 4, at
10:00 a.m., and burial was at St. John Cemetery. Father T. J.
Lennon officiated.

  Pallbearers included Wayne Knippers, Frank Moore, Dave Combs,
Don Bowling, Lambert Peterson, and Donald Murphy.

  Burial was under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home in
Many.
