Marion Homer Neel

  Mr. Marion Homer Neel, 75, of Florien, died Thursday, Dec. 29,
1988, at the Sabine Medical Center in Many.

  Funeral services for Mr. Neel were conducted at the Gandy
Baptist Church, on Saturday, Dec. 31, with burial in the Florien
Cemetery. Officiating at the services were Rev. David Hippler,
and Rev. Buddy Freeman. Services were under the direction of the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home in Many.

  Mr. Neel is survived by his wife, Mrs. Pauline Neel of
Shreveport, Edward Neel, and Danny Neel, both of Florien; three
daughters, Sally Stephenson, and Janie Conerly, both of Florien,
and Paula Hodge of Many; one brother, Leeman Neel of Florien; 17
grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
