Mrs. Bernice Neal

  Funeral services for Mrs. Bernice Neal were held Thursday,
January 3, at New Jerusalem Baptist Church. Burial followed in
New Jerusalem Cemetery, under the direction of Thomas Mortuary.
Rev. C. Rodgers officiated.

  Mrs. Neal departed this life December 28, in Alexandria, at the
age of 74.

  She leaves to cherish her memory, one brother, Mr. Selvin Newton
of Many; three sisters, Mrs. Bertha Johnson, Mrs. Emma Thomas,
and Mrs. Diana Joseph, all of Many; and a host of nieces,
nephews, and other relatives and friends.

  We loved her but God loved her best.
