Noble Norman Neel

  Funeral services for Noble Norman Neel, 89, were held at 10
a.m., April 4, at First United Methodist Church of Zwolle.

  Rev. Walker Parr officiated. Interment was in Zwolle City
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Neel passed away on April 1, 1995, at Toledo Nursing Center
in Zwolle.

  Mr. Neel was born on June 26, 1905 in Negreet, to Martha Bush
and A. L. Neel Sr.

  Mr. Neel was a veteran of World War II, and was retired from the
La. Dept. of Transportation and Development.

  Mr. Neel was preceded in death by his wife, Annie McFerrin Neel.

  Survivors include one son, Norman Clark Neel of Houston; one
grandson, Christopher Nathan Neel of Houston; two brothers,
Lester Neel of Colmesneil, Tex., and Merton Neel of Zwolle; two
sisters, Lettie Dumas of Winnfield, and Eloise Ledford of Zwolle;
fifteen nieces and nephews.
