Oliver F. Neel

  Oliver F. Neel, 77, died Tuesday, Dec. 13, in Converse, after an
extended illness.

  Funeral services were held in Fellowship Church, Wednesday, Dec.
14, with the Rev. V. R. Miller, the Rev. Billy Burkett, and the
Rev. Don Brown officiating. Burial was in the Forest Park
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of
Many.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lenora McDonald Neel of
Converse; one daughter, Dr. Reba K. Neel of Ruston; two brothers,
A. D. Neel of Mitchell, E. R. Neel of Shreveport; two sisters,
Mrs. Dahlia Haughton of Bossier City, Mrs. Ethel Spinks of
Shreveport; and a number of nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers were Hartley Spinks, Earnest Neel, Billie Haughton,
Richard Haughton, Freddie Neel, Morris Neel, Conrad Neel, and
Tommy Neel.
