Mrs. Ruth Marie Nelson

  Mrs. Ruth Marie Nelson, 72, of Florien, died in the Sabine
Medical Center on Tuesday, Dec 17, 1985, at 1:20 p.m.

  Services were held at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church on Thursday,
Dec. 19, at 2 p.m., with Revs. V. L. Prewitt, and Roy Dowden
officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include her husband, C. W. Nelson of Pleasant Hill;
two sons, Dean Nelson of Wewahitcaka, Fla., and Pat Nelson of
Pleasant Hill; three daughters, Marlene Pugh of Florien, Bobbie
Wood, and Debra Carefoot, both of Port St. Joe, Fla.; one
brother, Monroe Busby of Many; four sisters, Claudia Miller of
Many, Lovie Eaves of Leesville, Reba Arnold of Jena, and Virginia
Myers of Port Arthur, Tex.; eleven grandchildren; and three great
grandchildren.
