Lloyd G. Nelson

  Lloyd G. Nelson, 52, of Colfax, died June 5, as the result of an
auto accident.

  Surviving relatives include a wife, Mrs. Mirmon Nelson of
Colfax; a son, Francis T. Nelson of Colfax; a daughter, Patricia
Ann Nelson of Colfax; two stepsons, Milton Eugene Paulk of
Carlsbad, N. M., and Bobby Ray Duren of New Orleans; a
stepdaughter, Audrey K. Johnson of Houston, Tex.; three brothers,
Robert, and Joe Nelson of Robeline, and Elmer Nelson of Vidalia;
three sisters, Mrs. Ray Welch of Shreveport, Mrs. Iaora Sheppard
of Robeline, and Mrs. Louis Nardini of Natchitoches; and six
grandchildren.

  Funeral services were in the Shamrock Advent Christian Church,
July 7, with the Rev. Ray Stevens officiating. Burial was in the
Shamrock Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral
Home of Many.
