Jason P. S. Newman

  Jason Philip Stacey Newman, 10, of Coushatta, died Monday,
Sept,. 17, at a Houston hospital, after a long illness.

  Services were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 19, in the
Coushatta Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. T. B.
Gillooly, and the Rev. Terry Starnes officiating. Burial followed
in Old Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Pleasant Hill.

  Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Patricia Newman of Houston;
his father, Donald Keith Newman of Hemphill, Tex.; maternal
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Starnes of Coushatta; and
paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Hoyett Donahoe of Angleton,
Tex.
