Norsworthy, 77, a native of Florien, were held Wednesday, Nov. 25, at 3 p.m., in the Middle Creek Baptist Church, with the Rev. Marvin Brown, and the Rev. Avon Cavanaugh officiating. Burial was in the Middle Creek Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Annie Norsworthy of Florien, three sons, Hewyt Norsworthy of Houston, Ray Norsworthy of Walla Walla, Wash., and Ralph Norsworthy of Torrance, Calif,; four daughters, Mrs. John C. Rose Jr. of Irving, Tex., Mrs. Jim S. Landess of Seagoville, Tex., Mrs. G. Earl Guinn of Pineville, and Mrs. Julian Walles of Corpus Christi; two brothers, Walter Norsworthy of Florien, and Albert Norsworthy of Many; two sisters, Mrs. Florence Hayes, and Mrs. Eula Hayes, both of Many; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Johnny, Fred, and Charles Rose, Jim Landers, Earl Guinn, and Kenneth Walles.
