The Sabine Index - Mrs. Mattie Norsworthy

  2 Mar 1951 - Funeral rites for Mrs. Mattie Norsworthy, 52,
who was fatally stricken by a heart attack at the home of her
parents in Shreveport Thursday of last week were conducted at
Middlecreek Baptist church 2 p.m. Friday by Rev. M. L. Delk.
Interment followed under the direction of Warren Funeral Home.

  Surviving relatives include: husband, Walter Norsworthy, Many,
son, Leon Norsworthy, Port Arthur, Texas; daughters, Mrs. Dorothy
Smith and Mrs. Syble Robinson, both of Many, Mrs. Archie Barr,
Vernon, Miss Mildred McDowell, Lake Charles; parents, Mr. and
Mrs. W. T. Nettles, Shreveport; brothers, Bill Nettles, Monroe,
Luther, Lonnie and Norman Nettles, all of Shreveport; sister,
Mrs. Clema Kilpatrick, Many and seven grandchildren.
