Dennis-Green funeral home of Many directing. Active pallbearers were great nephews: Talmadge, Asbury, Helald and W. T. Bozeman, Jim and Robert Callens. Surviving are the wife, Mrs. Jessie Mae Bozeman; four sons, Blanchard of Belmont, Robert of New York, Mack of Belmont and Charlie of Baton Rouge; five daughters, Mrs. Pike Williams of El Paso, Texas, Mrs. William Dicks of Dunbarton, S. Before her marriage she was Jennie Byrd. She married Norman McInnis, who died several years ago. They were pioneers in this section of the country when it was not very thickly populated. Having spent most of their lives in this parish they will be greatly missed. Aunt Jennie was loved by all. She believed in doing her part in most anything. Her children and a host of friends are left to mourn her death. ***************************************************************** Obituaries: Mrs. J. L. Royal, age 76 years, were held at Antioch church Sunday, November 17, at 2 p.m., Rev. W. G. Bailey officiating, Dennis-Green funeral home directing. Active pallbearers were: Harold Dees, V. L. Leach, W. G. Dees, Melvin and Melton Wright, Albert Royal, Claiborn Salter and Travis Miller. Surviving are the following children: W. E. Royal, J. A. Royal, M. D. Royal, Mrs. V. L. Speights, age 79 years, were held last Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Little Flock Church, Rev. W. G. Bailey officiating, the Dennis-Green funeral home of Many conducting the funeral. Surviving are three sons, Joel W. J. D. Scott of Calvary Baptist church officiating. Dennis Green funeral home in charge. The pallbearers were: Raleigh Patrick, Robert Patric, Evlyn Patrick, Elden Dees, K. C. Peterson, Floyd Alford, J. M. Belisle and Charles Williams. Mrs. Vines is survived by her husband, Henry Vines; two daughters, Mrs. Oree Vines of Shreveport and Miss Hazel Vines of Many; one son, Kingdom Vines; her father, W. T. Parrott; one brother Willie Parrott, and one sister Mrs. Polly Davis, Miami, Fla. Mrs. Vines was born and reared in Sabine, coming from a pioneer family. She was a great lover of flowers and her flower yard was among the prettiest in Many.
