F-656 Source: Warren Meadows Funeral Home Records, Book 1969 Pg 152 Submitted by: Pat Berel berel@wnonline.net These are handwriten records, and were at times hard to read. Question marks were used where a field was not readable. Birth surnames were derived from the father's surname. If the father's name was not listed, the married surname was used in the Birth Surname field. Approximate Age is derived by subtracting year of birth from year of death when these are given. Mother's and Father's birthplace have been added to records after 1960. Many thanks to Warren Meadows Funeral Home for making these records available. ********************************************** Copyright.
